BCT is one of the accessories which with rather low prices can add considerable capabilities to power transformers as the most expensive equipment of high voltage substations. bct1.jpg The Type of current transformers can be used in any other high voltage equipment containing earthed shields around the current carrying conductor. The CT can be used in dry conditions either, although it is advised to oil impregnated after dring to avoid the deteriorating effects of oxygen in air. Window type and slip on type current transformers are applicable when the path for current is the existing WT3.jpgcable or busbar which is not possible to be cut for the insertion of a normal CT in. In this case, depending on the situation if the CT is to be installed on a shielded cable or a voltage holding busbar, one of the models WT1, WT2, MVWT1, MVWT2 and MVWT3 can be used.

IMB tank type (hairpin design) current transformers are very flexible, with regard to core space. The primary conductor is insulated with a special paper, which gives a high insulation resistance, low dielectric losses and IMB400.jpggood aging properties. The core are located in the bottom tank, and the complete transformer is filled with a unique mixture of quartz sand and oil.

Oil impregnated bushings 245 and 420kV (OTF) are produced in Nirou Trans Company under license of HSP-Siemens. They are constructed in a modular system which make it possible to configure as request.The insulating body of this technology is made of Oil-impregnated insulating paper which is wound on the center tube in wide tapes. During the winding process grading layers of aluminum foil are integrated to permit uniform voltage distribution. The grading layers guarantee optimum distribution due to their excellent conductivity,despite sudden voltage fluctuations.

Bushing is one of the parts of power transformer. In each 3_phase power transformer, depending on the ratio, at least 7 bushings are used. In voltage levels above 72.5 kV, only condenser bushings are used because of the need for optimum dimensional design. At the time being, we are capable to design and produce the condenser bushing type OIP for voltage levels from 72 to 145 kV according to the most up to date technology in the world.

Wall bushing is a type of bushing being used specially for Air to Air application, the insulation technology being used inside our model of the product is the well known and well proven OIP. The expertise and experience in design and manufacturing OIP instrument transformers, capacitors and bushings have led us to a confident and straight forward design and implementation of Air to Air model of bushing named HVB2. The complete nomination is in the form of HVB2 XXXX-YYYY in which XXXX stands for the lightning with stand level and YYYY means the rated current. - Oil to Oil Bushings

NTC coupling capacitors type CC01-CC12 are intended for power line carrier applicatons. The insulator and capacitor design are identical to capacitor voltage dividers, but without an intermediate voltage terminal. The dielectric used in the coupling capacitor consist of a combination of oil impregnated paper and polypropylene film, resulting in CC being practically impervious to temperature varication. A line trap can in most cases be mounted directly on top of the coupling capacitor.
